Drive project execution and business operations as the operational right hand to the CEO. Manage project timelines, CRM, sales support, and cross-functional coordination. Ensure delivery across cybersecurity consulting projects. Remote/hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives
- Own project timelines, task tracking, and cross-functional coordination
- Support sales through CRM management, pipeline tracking, and customer follow-ups
- Partner with CEO to drive business priorities
- Coordinate with technical teams, customers, and finance
- Track operational metrics, resources, and invoicing
- Identify risks and remove blockers
Requirements
- 3+ years in Business Operations, PMO, or similar roles
- Experience with B2B customers and technical teams
- Proficiency with CRM and project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Salesforce)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Excellent English communication
- High ownership and ability to multitask
- Affinity for AI tools like ChatGPT
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, MSP/MSSP, IT services, or professional services (preferred)
