Responsible for leading business applications and cross-organizational processes, including Priority ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Jira. Manage a team of 2-3, drive process improvement, system integrations, and AI-based innovation. Requires 5+ years of Priority ERP experience and team management background.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end core business processes and continuous improvement
- Manage and optimize Priority ERP, Salesforce CRM, Jira, and related systems
- Lead system integrations and business process automation
- Drive enterprise innovation through AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power Automate)
- Lead and mentor a professional team of 2-3 employees
- Collaborate with business units to translate needs into system solutions
- Manage external suppliers and partners
Requirements
- Proven experience building cross-organizational business processes across multiple systems
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Priority ERP in a production environment
- Deep understanding of business processes in a manufacturing organization
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a professional team
- Ability to lead processes and work effectively with managers and stakeholders
