Join our team as a BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary system coordination from planning to execution. You will conduct clash detection, ensure model quality, and implement BIM standards across complex civil engineering projects. Work with architects, consultants, project managers, and execution teams to deliver coordinated plan sets.
Responsibilities
- Lead system coordination in complex projects from planning to execution.
- Coordinate between architecture, construction, and MEP disciplines in a BIM environment.
- Identify clashes, analyze solutions, and guide planning teams to resolve issues.
- Lead professional coordination meetings and produce status reports.
- Continuously control model quality, identify planning gaps, and flag them in real time.
- Work with architects, consultants, project managers, execution managers, and supervisors.
- Promote and implement BIM standards and methodologies in projects.
Requirements
- Civil engineer, architect, or architectural engineer degree – required.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Revit – required.
- Experience in systems coordination or multidisciplinary BIM modeling (architecture, construction, MEP) – required.
- Systemic thinking, planning analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Process leadership, independent work, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Navisworks
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
