Lead end-to-end AI initiatives, defining high-value use cases, designing AI-powered workflows, and developing automation solutions using Low-Code platforms and enterprise tools. Drive organizational AI adoption through change management and collaboration with the AI Center of Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI initiatives from ideation to adoption.
- Define and prioritize high-value AI use cases with business stakeholders.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and AI agents.
- Develop AI and automation solutions using Low-Code platforms and enterprise tools.
- Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence.
- Drive organizational change by enabling teams to integrate AI into daily work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience leading digital or technology projects.
- Hands-on experience developing or implementing AI and automation solutions.
- Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, RAG, LLM.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and basic coding.
- Strong product mindset with ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Experience working with business users and leading change initiatives.
