Lead strategic AI projects and drive operational excellence and digital transformation across the organization. Oversee end-to-end change processes, define system requirements, and implement advanced technological solutions. Collaborate with senior management to build new organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects and end-to-end change processes.
- Analyze organizational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and build work plans to achieve measurable results.
- Lead initiatives in operational excellence and digital transformation.
- Define requirements for information systems and lead advanced technological solutions.
- Build work processes, management routines, and new organizational capabilities.
- Work with senior management and various interfaces inside and outside the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory.
- At least 7 years of experience leading projects in operational excellence, digital transformation, or organizational methods in a large organization.
- Proven experience in leading change and driving interfaces without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Experience from a consulting company – significant advantage.
- Experience in implementing AI solutions – advantage (training will be provided).
