Develop and execute AI change strategy, lead stakeholder engagement, coordinate communications and governance, support learning pathways, build AI champion communities, and drive adoption in a global AI transformation programme. Fully remote based in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI change strategy, transformation narrative, and employee adoption plan.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and build relationships with senior leaders.
- Develop and coordinate communications plans and adoption content.
- Coordinate AI governance forums, including meetings, decision logs, and action tracking.
- Support rollout of AI learning pathways to build employee capability and adoption.
- Plan and deliver AI-focused corporate event to drive engagement.
- Establish and manage AI Champions Community for advocacy and adoption.
- Monitor programme risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate as needed.
- Provide regular reporting on programme progress and adoption levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated AI transformation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Change Lead, Transformation Lead, or similar change role.
- Strong experience in organisational change, digital/AI transformation programmes.
- Ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans, and communications campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing senior leadership.
- Strong programme governance experience (risk, issue, dependency, decision management).
- Experience designing or supporting learning/training and employee adoption programmes.
- Experience managing communities, champion networks, or engagement initiatives.
- Ability to operate in complex, cross-functional, global environments.
- Strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with AI transformation, digital transformation or within a pharmaceutical or other regulated environment.
