Strategic product leadership role at a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms. The VP Product will drive roadmap alignment across multiple teams, shape long-term product strategy, and partner with studio leadership to support business growth and player experience in a data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic alignment across product roadmaps and initiatives
- Support prioritization and investment decisions based on business impact and player value
- Partner with studio and product leadership to shape long-term product direction
- Use data and performance insights to guide roadmap recommendations and feature strategy
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and organizational alignment
- Influence decision-making across multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
Requirements
- Significant experience in Product or related leadership roles within gaming or a highly data-driven consumer business
- Deep understanding of product, player behavior, and experimentation frameworks
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and guide product-related decisions across multiple products
- Experience partnering with senior product, game, and studio leaders to influence strategy and business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and performance insights to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
- Proven ability to drive alignment, influence stakeholders, and operate effectively in a matrix organization without direct authority
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
