Seeking a VP of Product to lead product vision, strategy, and execution for a rapidly scaling Generative AI SaaS platform. Combine product-led growth and B2B enterprise motions, overseeing a multi-product ecosystem and mentoring a product team. Drive cross-functional alignment with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning Generative AI and UX workflows with market demands.
- Oversee a multi-product ecosystem spanning self-service and enterprise B2B needs.
- Orchestrate cross-functional launches across R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a team of Product Managers and Product Designers.
- Drive hands-on product discovery, prototyping, and rapid experimentation using modern AI tools.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as VP Product or Director of Product in hyper-growth B2B SaaS startups.
- Expertise in enterprise software and product-led growth motions.
- Background in Generative AI, video, or highly interactive UI/UX software.
- Independent, data-driven, and able to make rapid decisions in a flat, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and cross-border team collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Strong technical foundation (BSc in CS, former engineer, or technical founder) is highly preferred.
