Responsibilities
- Drive fast iteration and own the product backlog to ensure continuous delivery of high-value features.
- Develop deep understanding of user needs, workflows, and pain points to inform product decisions.
- Validate product direction through direct customer engagement, feedback loops, and external communication.
- Act as the engineering-embedded product owner, providing clear technical requirements and prioritizing work.
- Define and measure quality metrics, outcomes, and impact to ensure product success.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in technical product management, DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering, working on public cloud products.
- Strong product sense: ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear scope and deliver value.
- Systems thinking and experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and architectural trade-offs.
- Proven prioritization skills balancing customer needs, engineering constraints, and business goals.
- Deep technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, observability, and cloud cost/billing concepts.
- Experience with AI tools and agentic workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a low-ego approach.
