Join a deep tech startup building hardware resilience for autonomous systems across air, ground, and maritime. As Technical Co-Founder, you will own embedded systems and product development, taking a communication node from working base to field-ready product. Cofounder-level equity with vesting.
Responsibilities
- Own the PodLink communication node end-to-end, from current working base and demonstrator to a field-ready product
- Own embedded systems and integration across the company
- Shape the technical direction from the current stage
- Work alongside a strong hardware and product team
Requirements
- Product orientation with a focus on user needs and deployable technology
- Business sense with ability to engage defense customers and investors
- Desire for ownership of a hard problem from the ground up
- Deep embedded systems expertise, comfortable working close to the core
- Track record of taking hardware from prototype to field-ready
- Proficiency in RF domain including link budgets, radio integration, and co-location challenges
