Analyze customer requirements, translate them into detailed specification documents, and support information systems projects through their full lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Plan, analyze, and define customer requirements and translate them into specification documents.
- Collaborate with developers, UX/UI teams, infrastructure teams, and customer relationship managers.
- Write requirement and specification documents for information systems.
- Support projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from specification to Go-Live.
- Write test documents, perform acceptance testing, and participate in system migration processes.
- Provide professional support for user questions and technical issues.
- Support implementation processes and deliver user training.
- Evaluate products and systems to ensure alignment with requirements.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience working with development teams and programmers.
- Experience working according to Agile methodology.
- Experience supporting a project or product throughout its full lifecycle.
- Experience writing requirements and specification documents for information systems.
- Participation in at least two projects with a combined scope of at least two person-years.
