Senior Renewals Manager

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end renewal strategy and execution for a book of strategic, large-ACV enterprise accounts.
- Lead complex negotiations involving multi-stakeholder deals, scope changes, competitive displacement, and non-standard contract terms.
- Build and defend accurate renewal forecasts, flag risks early, and provide data-backed course corrections to leadership.
- Design and negotiate multi-year subscription renewals, articulating business value at the executive level.
- Lead commercial negotiations with client procurement and legal teams, structuring proposals and order forms.
- Mentor and upskill junior renewal managers on negotiation tactics, forecasting, and stakeholder management.
- Identify systemic churn and contraction risks, and partner with leadership to build proactive mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Order Management to ensure contract accuracy and clean handoffs.
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the renewal motion.
- Contribute to process improvements, playbooks, and forecasting methodology for the renewals function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS renewals, account management, or customer success experience with large enterprise accounts (>$250K ACV).
- Proven ability to drive renewals predictably against gross and net retention targets for a strategic book of business.
- Strong track record negotiating complex, multi-stakeholder deals, including procurement-led RFPs and competitive displacement.
- Experience mentoring or informally leading peers in negotiation strategy and deal structuring.
- Sharp executive presence with the ability to represent renewal strategy and risk to senior stakeholders.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.com.
- Superior time management and attention to detail across a high-volume, high-stakes book of business.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while building durable, scalable processes.
