Responsibilities
- Own courier and operational products, from onboarding through the delivery journey
- Manage real-time dispatch and operational tools
- Handle order assignment, zoning, and delivery time estimation
- Oversee cash operations and reconciliation
- Automate manual operational processes
- Improve efficiency, cost per order, and scalability
- Build systems that support growth without proportional growth in operational headcount
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience
- 3+ years working on operations products, internal systems, or operational platforms
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Technical understanding and strong collaboration with Engineering
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics, marketplaces, delivery, mobility, or other operationally complex environments
