Responsibilities
- Own product vision and strategy, communicating it effectively to stakeholders.
- Drive full product lifecycle from discovery to launch with a bias for fast impact.
- Develop automation strategy for scalable payroll onboarding, handling diverse customer use cases.
- Collaborate with engineering to balance customization, compliance, and speed.
- Align with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies across entity, contract, and infrastructure.
- Leverage customer feedback and escalations to prioritize high-value automations.
- Operate effectively in ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete data.
- Partner with customer success and go-to-market teams to ensure product-market fit.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, high-complexity environments.
- Proven track record in regulated domains with precision and compliance requirements.
- Strong systems thinking with ability to manage interconnected problems and stakeholders.
- Pragmatic decision-making, balancing ideal vs. practical solutions.
- Autonomous leadership, capable of owning strategy without full structure.
- Technical fluency to engage with engineering on trade-offs (coding not required).
- Adaptability to high-velocity environments with shifting priorities.
