Lead product strategy for a core HR platform powering people data, organizational structures, and employee lifecycle processes. Drive product discovery, roadmap, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver enterprise-grade SaaS experiences that scale globally. Partner with engineering, design, and GTM teams to solve complex HR operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for a core HR domain
- Lead product discovery to identify customer needs and market opportunities
- Define and deliver enterprise-grade features for workforce management and HR operations
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to execute product vision
- Translate complex operational requirements into simple, scalable solutions
- Utilize data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Align stakeholders around product priorities and roadmap trade-offs
- Ensure product compliance and integration with global standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex product domains from strategy to execution
- Deep user empathy and commitment to intuitive product experiences
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with complex data models, workflows, or enterprise-grade platforms
- Systems thinking and cross-domain collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (required)
Nice to have
- Experience in HRTech, FinTech, or workforce management
- Experience building products for enterprise or global customers
- Familiarity with multi-product platforms and cross-domain architecture
- Background in data-intensive products or workflow automation
