Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of cloud WAF and API security capabilities for enterprise customers across cloud and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cloud WAF and API security capabilities
- Lead customer discovery and validate security problems, workflows, and adoption barriers
- Prioritize requirements and guide delivery using Agile and SAFe practices
- Drive capabilities including WAF policy management, API discovery, anomaly detection, abuse protection, integrations, observability, and attack forensics
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, UX, research, product marketing, sales, and customer success
- Improve delivery predictability, operating cadence, dependency management, and cross-team alignment
- Guide UX workflows for policy authoring, onboarding, triage, tuning, and incident response
- Manage delivery from concept through validation, beta programs, release readiness, and launch
- Define success metrics and use post-launch data to improve adoption, efficacy, performance, cost, and retention
- Support positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, customer feedback, and growth opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of product management experience in cybersecurity or adjacent cloud infrastructure
- Experience with cloud WAF and API security
- Strong understanding of modern web and API threats, including OWASP Top 10 and API Top 10
- Technical understanding of cloud and application delivery concepts, including Kubernetes, ingress, API gateways, microservices, CI/CD, observability, and identity signals
