Lead a product squad for an embedded payments platform, owning end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to optimization. Drive API design, payment workflows, and data-driven decisions. Collaborate with engineering and design to launch complex B2B SaaS products. Use AI tools daily for prototyping, analysis, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional product squad, prioritizing backlog and outcomes.
- Own product lifecycle from discovery and PRD through launch and iteration.
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to identify problems and opportunities.
- Define APIs, payment flows, and complex financial workflows with Engineering.
- Own product KPIs and use data to prioritize and make decisions.
- Build and test prototypes and flows before development.
- Drive excellent UX for onboarding, payments, reporting, and operational workflows.
- Research competitors, payment trends, and new technologies to inform product strategy.
- Leverage AI tools daily to increase product velocity and quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS / Fintech.
- Proven experience leading a product squad and shipping complex products.
- Strong payments experience: acquiring, tokenization, payouts, settlements, reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and platform / white-label products.
- Strong analytical skills and experience owning product KPIs.
- Excellent UX instincts for complex B2B workflows.
- Technical understanding and ability to work deeply with Engineering.
- Hands-on daily use of modern AI tools for product development.
- Strong ownership, judgment, and ability to work autonomously.
Nice to have
- Experience with online payments, platforms, or marketplaces.
- Accounting, ledger, or reconciliation experience.
- Experience building AI-powered product features.
