Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead cloud-native database product offerings, focusing on Kubernetes operations and ecosystem integrations. You will define requirements, manage the product lifecycle, and collaborate with engineering, partners, and customer-facing teams to drive adoption among developers and operators.
Responsibilities
- Define detailed product requirements in collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.
- Manage the product lifecycle for partner-integrated offerings (e.g., IBM/RedHat, VMware, GCP).
- Work with partner management, sales enablement, marketing, and customer success to integrate products with business processes.
- Collaborate within the product management team to prioritize requirements across the portfolio.
- Act as the primary product evangelist internally, with partners, and in the community.
Requirements
- Current hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies.
- 3+ years of software product management experience in an enterprise organization.
- Ability to clearly articulate abstract concepts and detailed technical information verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable with code and some coding experience.
- Prior experience with databases and stateful workloads.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a technology-relevant field.
Nice to have
- CKA/CKAD certification from the Cloud Native Computing Foundation.
- Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis experience is a plus).
- Experience working on product offerings for operators (IT, DevOps).
- Experience with software modernization projects in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with public cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS).
