Seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Financial Systems team, overseeing the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle and enterprise business applications. This role drives system design, implementation, and optimization, partnering with Finance, Revenue Operations, and other departments to deliver scalable, integrated solutions in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process and systems lifecycle, leading projects from requirements through rollout.
- Ensure seamless integrations between Salesforce, billing, finance systems, and other GTM tools.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks impacting revenue velocity, financial accuracy, or audit readiness.
- Drive automation and process standardization while balancing business flexibility and control.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure operational improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Finance leadership on all Quote-to-Cash topics.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to define and improve workflows, policies, and controls.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive change management and user adoption.
- Own and manage the NetSuite ERP platform, including configuration, integrations, and day-to-day operations.
- Manage and optimize financial tools (FP&A, procurement, travel and expense, DocuSign) ensuring integrations and compliance.
- Drive data integrity across financial systems and the broader enterprise tech stack.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize financial systems to support growth and reporting requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Financial Systems team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Applications, Enterprise Systems, or Revenue/Finance Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Proven experience leading Quote-to-Cash transformation projects in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of people management experience, including setting priorities and driving accountability.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives independently.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with Finance leadership and technical teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience with AI-driven automation or process optimization initiatives.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth technology companies.

- Familiarity with subscription business models and revenue operations.
