Senior Customer Program Manager, AI Datacenter

Seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager to lead technical and operational programs for AI datacenter customers. This role drives collaboration with enterprise clients, cloud providers, and OEMs, managing schedules, deliverables, and cross-functional execution from design through production.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage program schedules, deliverables, and milestones aligned with customer roadmaps.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for engineering, quality, logistics, and sales teams.
  • Provide horizontal leadership to drive cross-functional program execution and coordinate globally dispersed teams.
  • Act as the primary customer interface for program kick-offs, technical discussions, design reviews, and status updates.
  • Drive program execution from design through production deployment, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
  • Provide post-deployment sustaining support and manage field quality issues for enterprise and cloud customers.
  • Monitor factory production schedules, yields, and blockers, collaborating with ODM/contract manufacturers.
  • Proactively communicate program health, risks, and key issues to customers, internal partners, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of program/project management experience in semiconductor, IT, automotive, or embedded systems.
  • Strong technical background in hardware and/or software product development with OEM, ODM, and cloud providers.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global programs through full development lifecycles.
  • Excellent program management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with global teams in multi-cultural, multinational environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Track record in end-to-end hardware and software product development with enterprise or cloud customers.
  • Strong leadership in matrixed collaboration, conflict resolution, and consensus-building.
  • Expertise in managing production schedules, optimizing line yields, and resolving field quality challenges.
