Seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple projects for domestic and international clients at an aerospace manufacturing company. The role involves overseeing project lifecycles, preparing business proposals, ensuring contract compliance, and meeting business targets for revenue, quality, and schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects for clients in Israel and abroad
- Lead the preparation of price proposals for new business opportunities
- Monitor and control managed projects in the field
- Lead business activities with clients
- Address all client requirements, understand contract terms, and ensure compliance
- Prepare and track work plans with operational managers
- Report to senior management
- Meet business targets for contracts, sales, profit, quality, and schedule
- Willingness to work hard, including overtime when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience managing projects with budgets of $20 million or more
- Familiarity with project management support systems
- High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
