Product Manager, AI Security
Own product strategy and roadmap for AI security solutions, driving features that ensure compliance, privacy, and responsible AI adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver threat detection, anomaly detection, and remediation capabilities. Engage with customers to translate insights into requirements and measure success through data-driven experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for AI security and compliance aligned with company mission and market opportunities.
- Ensure AI products comply with privacy and security regulations and follow responsible AI principles.
- Lead end-to-end feature development from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver AI-native security capabilities such as anomaly detection, alert enrichment, threat simulation, and remediation inference.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews; develop policies for explainability, bias mitigation, and ethical AI.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats, adversarial techniques, and regulatory changes in AI and cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with security researchers, legal/compliance, marketing, and sales to translate research into practical applications.
- Communicate complex AI/security concepts to diverse audiences and align stakeholders.
- Engage with customers to understand workflows and pain points, translating insights into actionable product requirements.
- Define success metrics, track usage and adoption, and use data-driven decisions to improve performance and user experience.
Requirements
- 5 years of product management experience for B2B/enterprise products.
- Experience in cybersecurity or AI-security products.
- Ability to deep dive into AI/ML concepts, APIs, and security technologies and translate them into user-friendly features.
- Proficiency in defining metrics, running experiments, and extracting insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills with ability to align cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable interfacing with customers, executives, and technical teams.
- Experience working in agile development methodologies.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English with excellent written and verbal proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with generative AI/LLMs and adversarial attack techniques.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat modeling, and AI governance frameworks.
