Experienced Product Manager leading digital solutions for local authority services, from requirements through development and continuous improvement. Manages full product lifecycle, builds roadmaps, manages backlogs, drives agile delivery, and integrates AI and data capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale digital products and projects through full lifecycle
- Define functional requirements and write specification documents
- Build roadmaps and work plans, manage backlogs, and lead agile development
- Drive product innovation and integration of AI, data, and automation
- Collaborate with development, data, architecture, UX, infrastructure, and government stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 4 years managing IT and technology projects
- Experience with full product lifecycle, backlog management, prioritization, and agile/scrum
- Experience managing development teams
- Experience with complex systems, multiple user types, and integrations
- Experience with large user base, user testing, and usage data monitoring
- Strong technological orientation and collaboration with cross-functional teams
