Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize product roadmap for workforce management domains.
- Define and track product KPIs to ensure business alignment.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform product direction.
- Author detailed PRDs and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams from ideation to launch.
- Plan go-to-market strategies and training for feature releases.
- Integrate AI tools into product discovery, analysis, and decision-making.
- Champion AI-driven features to automate and enhance product capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Proven ability to deliver complex, user-facing products.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience leveraging AI tools in product workflows.
- Ability to design or contribute to AI-enabled product features.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

- Experience building scalable, reliable services.
- Familiarity with compliance, finance, or global HR/payroll domains.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams.
