Lead product for a consumer mobile app connected to a baby-monitoring device. Own roadmap, user research, and coordination across app, hardware, and design. Ensure reliability and quality. Require 4+ years PM, mobile app experience, data analysis, and fluent English. Hybrid in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research by talking to parents to inform product decisions.
- Own and prioritize the app roadmap.
- Coordinate with hardware, firmware, and QA to ensure seamless device-app integration.
- Define reliability metrics and monitor connectivity, latency, and notifications.
- Write detailed specifications with clear acceptance criteria for internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with design on screen details.
- Align R&D, hardware, marketing, support, and operations teams.
- Decide what features not to build.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management.
- At least 2 years owning a consumer mobile app on iOS and Android.
- Products shipped that people use.
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Ability to work with data: define metrics and pull numbers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with engineering.
- Experience in a small company or team with broad responsibility.
Nice to have
- Experience with apps connected to physical devices (IoT, wearables) or in parenting/wellness/health/sleep.
- UX/UI background before product.
- Journalism, research, or interviewing experience.
- Started something of your own.
- Knowledge of US or UK consumer culture.
