Seeking a skilled Product Manager to own product lifecycle from roadmap to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize data analytics, and drive B2C product features. Requires 3+ years experience, strong technical background with SQL and APIs, and excellent communication.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product roadmap aligned with company goals and user feedback.
- Align stakeholders and communicate product vision across the organization.
- Design product features end-to-end, including specifications, user stories, and UAT.
- Collaborate with engineering managers and UX designers to deliver seamless experiences.
- Define KPIs, analyze data, and use insights to optimize product development.
- Proactively resolve production issues with effective solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience with B2C products.
- Proven track record of shipping products on time and at scale.
- Ability to work with engineering on complex backend architectures.
- Strong technical background: APIs, SQL, and third-party integrations.
- Experience analyzing user behavior for product decisions.
- Proficiency with AI tools in product management workflows.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with online gaming/casino industry.
- Experience with online payment systems and flows.
- Experience with CRM tools such as MS Dynamics.
