Lead the product vision and strategy for API security in a fast-paced environment. Manage a team of product managers, engage with enterprise customers, and drive the development of innovative SaaS solutions. Own KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as a domain expert to maintain market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and strategy for API security offerings
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers to achieve product goals
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer challenges and translate into product requirements
- Drive the development of analytics capabilities to differentiate the platform
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to validate solutions and gather feedback
- Orchestrate product business success by monitoring KPIs and driving cross-functional initiatives
- Define and track key product metrics to guide decision-making
- Serve as the company expert on application security and API cyber solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in Enterprise Security or related solutions
- 3+ years in management positions with direct reports, proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Forward-thinking with ability to proactively shape future outcomes
- Strong customer orientation, organizational, and championing skills
- Knowledge of DevOps culture, CI/CD tools, and Kubernetes
- Experience delivering technology products/services in high growth environments
- Demonstrated success in defining customer pain points, market opportunities, and bringing products to market
- Experience across all product life cycle stages
- Strategic and tactical leadership, with hands-on style and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong technical background in web technologies and security concepts
- Experience with modern cloud architectures and their performance implications
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Excellence in strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving
Nice to have
- Knowledge of application security concepts (OWASP Top 10, attack patterns)
