Product Group Lead

·Israel
Not specifiedFull-timeProduct ManagementAdTechMarTechAI

Lead the Acquire product group at a company specializing in AI predictive models for customer LTV, churn, and intent. Own strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for a product that turns predictive models into conversion signals for smarter bidding on Google, Meta, and other channels. Manage and grow a team of three Product Managers in a player-coach role, partnering closely with Operations to productize manual workflows into scalable, AI-driven capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Acquire strategy and roadmap end to end, from problem definition and prioritization through launch and adoption, defining success metrics and favoring experimentation and evidence over opinion.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a group of three Product Managers, setting clear ownership boundaries, quality standards, and a healthy operating rhythm.
  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering to translate predictive model capabilities into product value, making informed trade-offs between model performance, signal latency, explainability, and customer trust.
  • Work side by side with Operations to learn their workflows firsthand and turn them into product: agentic workflows, AI-driven automation, and self-serve tooling that let a small team scale across a much larger client base.
  • Stay close to customers and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on positioning, launch readiness, and expansion.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product management, including experience leading and developing other PMs, with strong cross-functional influence across Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Sales.
  • Strong background in marketing technology, ad-tech, or growth/performance marketing products, with familiarity in paid acquisition, bidding, attribution, and measurement.
  • Hands-on experience shipping products built on predictive models or machine learning, plus practical experience designing agentic and LLM-based workflows into real products.
  • Excellent judgment on prioritization and scope, strong analytical and data fluency, and the ability to reduce complex, ambiguous spaces into clear product direction.
  • Credible and comfortable with both external customers and internal operational stakeholders.
