Lead end-to-end new product introduction projects from initial development through transfer to serial production. Coordinate internal teams and external EMS partners while driving operational and project execution without direct people management.
Responsibilities
- Manage NPI projects end to end, from early development through serial production
- Coordinate development, engineering, procurement, quality, and external subcontractor stakeholders
- Manage ongoing relationships with subcontractors in Israel and internationally
- Track schedules, budgets, project objectives, and risks during development-to-production transfer
- Optimize manufacturing and electronic assembly processes with technical stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical project management experience in manufacturing or NPI
- Strong knowledge of transfer-to-production processes
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, electronic assemblies, and SMT technology
- Demonstrated experience working with and managing subcontractors, preferably EMS providers
- Ability to lead multiple cross-functional interfaces without direct authority
- Very strong written and spoken English
