Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key platform areas
- Conduct customer discovery through direct conversations and market research
- Translate complex cybersecurity and AI concepts into intuitive product experiences
- Partner with Engineering, Security Research, Design, and GTM teams
- Define product requirements, success metrics, and business outcomes
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility
- Drive product launches and support go-to-market efforts
- Analyze product usage, feedback, and market trends to improve the product
- Contribute to long-term product vision as the company scales
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Proven track record of leading products from concept to launch
- Strong customer-facing skills and experience with customer discovery
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in fast-moving startup environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and product prioritization capabilities
- Experience working closely with technical teams and translating technical concepts into customer value
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and ownership

- Experience in cybersecurity, application security, cloud security, or AI products
- Experience building platform products or workflow-driven enterprise software
