Junior Product Manager role at an insurance agency. Focus on process improvement, automation, and AI tool implementation. Hybrid work with one day remote.
Responsibilities
- Map and improve business processes, identifying automation and efficiency opportunities
- Define product and technology solutions for business needs
- Lead product tasks from need identification through implementation and measurement
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to translate needs into solutions
- Evaluate and implement AI and automation tools
- Find creative solutions for manual, complex, or inefficient processes
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies and methods
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor's degree
- Strong technological curiosity and independent learning ability
- Product and process thinking with ability to understand business problems deeply
- Ability to decompose complex problems and build practical solutions
- Initiative, independence, and ability to drive tasks end-to-end
- Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work with diverse interfaces
Nice to have
- Familiarity or experience with AI and automation tools
- Experience in product, system, or process definition
- Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
- Background in product management, information systems, technology implementation, or process improvement
