Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects at a broadcast media company. This role connects business needs with technological solutions, requiring end-to-end project ownership from requirements gathering to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT and technology projects across the organization
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into technological solutions
- Write business and technical specification documents
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and ongoing execution
- Work closely with Product, Development, UX/UI, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Drive process improvements and optimize technological workflows
- Support implementation and rollout of new systems and technologies
- Utilize AI tools to improve workflows, documentation, project tracking, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a large organization
- 3+ years of experience working with project management methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience writing business and technical specifications
- Hands-on experience working with AI tools
- Experience working with internal stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and project ownership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in a dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Experience with financial systems and Priority ERP
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development processes
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Experience with systems implementation
