Responsible for managing IT products in supply chain and logistics, including defining product roadmaps, MVPs, analyzing business processes, defining requirements, leading agile teams, and ensuring successful implementation through training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Manage one or more IT products in supply chain and logistics domains (manufacturing, procurement, regulation, inventory).
- Define product roadmaps and MVPs to maximize value in minimal time.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define business requirements.
- Own success metrics and implementation, including product training and providing support for special issues.
- Provide tier 2 ongoing support for assigned IT products.
- Work in agile teams structured by business topics, leading without formal authority.
- Collaborate with customers and managers, requiring presentation skills, conflict management, and goal alignment.
- Coordinate with leading product managers to synchronize within the overall work plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (significant advantage)
- Experience in manufacturing and production (significant advantage)
