Lead the evolution and technology strategy of a flagship ERP system at an established, market-leading enterprise software company. This role combines hands-on technical management, product strategy, and business leadership, directly impacting product vision and market growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead an experienced software development team, establishing best practices, ensuring code quality, and driving technical excellence.
- Define the long-term product roadmap, translate market and client needs into new features, and spearhead innovation.
- Work closely with key clients, understand high-level business requirements, and represent the product at industry forums.
- Set software architecture guidelines and drive modern technology adoption across the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
- 8+ years in information systems development; ERP experience is a major plus.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and C#.
- Strong background or natural aptitude for Product Management and strategic thinking.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work directly with executive clients.
