Lead product strategy and execution for a company building communication tools for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. This hands-on leadership role involves translating business goals into product requirements, owning product analytics, and driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business and revenue goals into clear product requirements, tradeoffs, and shipped features.
  • Own product analytics end-to-end, including dashboards, event naming conventions, tracking accuracy, and KPI reporting.
  • Lead product KPI and OKR discussions to align the team on priorities and progress.
  • Convert user and community feedback into product decisions, roadmaps, and actionable tickets.
  • Partner with engineering to prioritize initiatives and deliver against company goals.
  • Review and test emerging technologies such as LLMs, speech-to-text engines, and conversational AI tools.
  • Ensure a consistent experience across Mobile, Web, and other product surfaces.
  • Prototype, test tools, and stay close to execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in mobile apps.
  • Demonstrable AI experience with at least five projects, features, or prototypes built personally.
  • Proven ability to translate business and revenue goals into shipped product outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience owning metrics, building dashboards, and distinguishing meaningful signals from vanity metrics.
  • Deep experience with product analytics, event tracking, and data accuracy.
  • Comfortable partnering with engineering to prioritize, scope, and ship product work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across design, marketing, and community teams.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Segment.
  • Curiosity about emerging technology, especially AI, speech, accessibility, or communication tools.
  • Bias toward action: prototyping, iterating, and closing loops without letting things sit.
