Lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions at a fast-growing AI startup. Drive 0→1 products from concept to deployment for Fortune 500 customers, working on-site in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers
- Work closely with customers to identify the right problems to solve and define success metrics before building
- Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined
- Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions
- Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel engagements
- Support PMs in day-to-day solution management, helping them prioritize, make trade-offs, and unblock progress
- Balance speed of execution with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking
- Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization, working closely with the Platform team
- Mentor and develop PMs, growing their product judgment and ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments
- Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints
- Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in delivering new solutions from early stages to production
- Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scale
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers
