Lead a team of Product Managers to own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions from concept to production. Identify high-value problems, balance speed with scalability, and drive real customer impact in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers in building complex, high-impact AI solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify high-value problems and define product direction.
- Operate in high ambiguity to shape opportunities and set priorities.
- Drive solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions.
- Balance speed of execution with long-term scalability and quality.
- Identify patterns across solutions to promote reuse and productization.
- Mentor and develop Product Managers to operate effectively.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in high-growth or complex environments.
- 2+ years of experience leading Product Managers.
- Ability to define problems and lead teams in building new solutions from early stages to production.
- Proven track record of driving products from concept to real-world impact.
- Experience with complex systems and enterprise customers.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
