Lead a team of Product Managers in an AI-first startup, driving enterprise AI solutions from concept to production. Work closely with customers to identify high-value problems and define product strategy. Operate in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment with end-to-end ownership.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers delivering complex AI solutions in production
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify high-value problems and define what to build
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customer solutions and set priorities across parallel initiatives
- Drive solution development from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions
- Balance speed of execution with long-term scalability and product thinking
- Identify patterns across solutions and promote reuse and productization
- Mentor and develop Product Managers to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers
- Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering independent decision-making
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and lead teams in building new solutions from concept to production
- Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact
- Experience with complex systems and enterprise customers, navigating competing needs
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers
