Group Product Manager responsible for leading a team of Product Managers to define and execute the product roadmap for a popular mobile navigation app. Focus on integrating AI/ML to enhance user engagement, driving long-term growth, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams. Reports to Chief Product Officer.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers in AI/ML-driven innovation.
- Define and own product roadmaps and strategic portfolios to drive long-term growth.
- Secure cross-functional buy-in for product vision and oversee Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
- Validate market opportunities to inform product decisions.
- Engage with user communities to gather insights and present product direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 5 years of experience in people management with technical leadership.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments or startups.
- Knowledge of building accessibility best practices.
- Ability to balance product reliability with innovation in AI-powered integrations.
- Ability to develop go-to-market plans based on deep consumer insights.
