Define and lead the organization's AI strategy, build a multi-year roadmap, and drive AI adoption to deliver measurable business value across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the organization’s AI strategy, including building a multi-year roadmap for AI products, capabilities, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities by evaluating business value, ROI, technical feasibility, and organizational impact.
- Partner closely with senior leadership, business units, technology teams, and external stakeholders to drive AI adoption and execution.
- Establish governance frameworks covering AI ethics, information security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Develop organizational AI capabilities through methodologies, best practices, training programs, and successful enterprise-wide adoption.
- Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, monitoring processes, and performance metrics to maximize business impact.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, market trends, and innovations, recommending new capabilities aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, technology project management with business implementation, or leading innovation and digital transformation initiatives within a large organization.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong strategic and business mindset combined with excellent technological understanding.
- High level of curiosity, self-learning ability, and passion for innovation.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and leading end-to-end AI initiatives- from ideation through implementation and measurable business value.
- Background in consulting, business strategy, or organizational transformation.
