Define the roadmap for a high-scale AI platform powering product insights for millions. Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to abstract needs into reusable capabilities. Ensure platform reliability (<30ms latency, 240M sessions) and align global partners.
Responsibilities
- Gather complex requests and extract common needs to create a unified platform roadmap.
- Prioritize by business impact, ease of implementation, and scalability.
- Ensure item insights are served reliably with <30ms latency for 240M daily sessions.
- Own platform SLAs, error handling, and robust technical designs.
- Partner with Data Science to understand model outputs and shape quality evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, PMs, and TPMs across global offices.
- Lead async communication and syncs across timezones.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of PM or Technical PM experience in backend/platform/data environments.
- Ability to abstract requests into generalized platform capabilities.
- B.Sc. in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, databases, ETL, high-scale infrastructure.
- Strong execution and organizational skills in ambiguous environments.
- Professional English proficiency.
Nice to have
- B2C e-commerce or consumer product background.
- Experience with model evaluations or quality frameworks alongside Data Science.
