A data-driven Ad Operations Manager is sought to support business teams and build insights through tracking and reporting. The company is an advanced intrinsic in-game ad solution for mobile, PC, and console, partnering with top AdTech vendors and backed by prominent investors. Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor programmatic performance regularly, refining tactics to produce exceptional customer results
- Provide regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with goals, performance, and insights for internal and external teams
- Conduct weekly calls and quarterly business reviews while maintaining close partner relationships
- Collaborate with product, data, and finance teams on feature requests, product enhancements, and data analytics reports
- Onboard new supply partners utilizing Prebid and oRTB protocols
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an ad operations role from a global ad-tech company
- Proven hands-on experience operating within SSPs/exchanges and deep understanding of oRTB and the programmatic ecosystem
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in MS Excel and Google applications
- Experience onboarding new supply or demand partners, including integration, discrepancies, optimizations, and troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal English for effective collaboration
- Attention to detail and ability to quickly master multiple dashboards and tools
- Excellent self-learning capabilities and strong quantitative and analytical skills
