Lead the technical team and day-to-day site activity for a global technology organization. Coordinate cross-functional infrastructure work, prioritize field execution, support complex issues, and maintain organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the site's technical team and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Coordinate between site management and technical engineering teams
- Manage workloads, set priorities, and drive execution on site
- Own documentation, controls, and technical preparation before projects
- Lead construction and infrastructure work as part of data center operations
- Serve as a point of escalation for Level 2 teams and complex technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on technology project setup
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of experience managing a technical team in a large organization
- Practical experience in a data center environment
- Hands-on ability to replace cables and work with physical infrastructure
- Strong leadership, organization, accuracy, and task coordination skills
