A healthcare organization in Central Israel is seeking a team lead to manage systems analysts and deliver complex technology and business process initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of systems analysts
- Own team roadmaps, priorities, workload, deliverables, and performance
- Lead cross-organizational projects from initiation through implementation
- Design systems and technology solutions for business and healthcare needs
- Oversee system maintenance and incident management
- Coordinate with software vendors and business, healthcare, and technology stakeholders
- Drive adoption of new technologies, tools, and working methodologies
- Coach team members in systems analysis and project leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Health Systems Management
- At least 3 years of direct management experience leading project managers and/or systems analysts
- At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis and writing system specifications
- Hands-on SQL experience
- Experience leading complex projects and processes across multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Nice to have
- Software development experience
- Experience in a complex enterprise environment
- Experience with healthcare systems
