Responsibilities
- Serve as the system engineering authority for complex naval projects.
- Lead technical coordination and oversight across development teams and stakeholders throughout the engineering lifecycle.
- Ensure engineering solutions meet performance, quality, schedule, and customer requirements.
- Act as the technical interface to the customer.
- Serve as the primary engineering interface to the research and development division.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience developing and integrating multidisciplinary systems.
- Leadership and customer-interface experience, such as team leadership or project leadership.
- Deep engineering knowledge across multiple technical disciplines.
- Strong decision-making skills, including prioritization, trade-off analysis, and engineering activity management.
- Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
Nice to have
- Significant naval systems experience.
