Senior Engineering Manager – Secure Communications

Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 25 professionals and oversee the development and production transfer of secure communications products.
Responsibilities
- Lead software, hardware, RF, electronics, mechanics, and QA professionals
- Oversee new product development and enhancement of existing products from requirements definition through production transfer
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize resources, monitor performance, and align delivery with division objectives
- Define processes and working methods to improve operational efficiency and product quality
- Maintain quality standards throughout the development lifecycle
- Support strategic decisions and long-term divisional planning
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience as a Development Manager
- At least 10 years of experience as an engineer and/or team leader in a multidisciplinary environment
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple projects, learn quickly, and maintain a systems perspective
Nice to have
- Defense industry experience
- Security clearance
