Senior Energy Infrastructure Manager
An industrial manufacturing company is seeking an energy infrastructure manager to lead utility systems, maintenance, efficiency initiatives, suppliers, budgets, and a technical maintenance team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead steam, compressed-air, water, cooling, and air-conditioning systems.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for energy systems and infrastructure.
- Lead energy-efficiency, performance-improvement, and resource-saving projects.
- Build work plans, manage budgets, and monitor execution.
- Manage suppliers, contractors, and external service providers.
- Lead a professional team of technicians and maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and regulatory stakeholders to support production and organizational targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or energy engineering.
- Proven management experience.
- Experience managing energy infrastructure in an industrial or plant environment.
- Knowledge of steam, cooling, compressed-air, and air-conditioning systems.
