Seeking a Senior ASIC Engineering Manager to lead the development of next-generation switch ASICs from concept to mass production. You will manage pre-silicon activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to the chip roadmap. Requires 15+ years of chip design experience and 8+ years in management.
Responsibilities
- Lead ASIC development from concept to tape-out
- Oversee post-silicon activities including chip bring-up and mass production
- Define execution plans with cross-discipline leaders
- Contribute to switch ASIC roadmap definition
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 15+ years of chip design experience
- 8+ years of chip design/verification management
- Proficiency in RTL design, verification (UVM, System Verilog), SoC design
- High system view and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork
Nice to have
- Experience in synthesis and physical design
