Lead a high-performing team of 6-8 developers on large-scale distributed systems. Oversee full delivery lifecycle, from architecture to production. Drive technical decisions and ensure quality in a fast-paced DevSecOps environment. Deep expertise in Java, Spring, Maven, and related frameworks; experience with Go and AI-assisted development a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6–8 developers on complex, large-scale systems.
- Manage full delivery lifecycle from architecture to production.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring on-time, high-quality releases.
- Make key technical and strategic decisions to align engineering with business goals.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of technical leadership experience.
- 10–12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring, Maven, and related frameworks.
- Experience with agentic AI tools across the software development lifecycle.
- Strong background in scalable, concurrent, low-latency, fault-tolerant distributed systems architecture.
- Proven ability to manage complex software projects and pre-emptively resolve technical challenges.
- Thriving in a fast-paced, context-switching environment.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Go (Golang)
