Lead the open banking system, managing an internal development team and ensuring regulatory compliance. Oversee system maintenance, technical specifications, and integration with third parties. Work closely with Bank of Israel and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for managing, maintaining, and operating the open banking system.
- Leading an internal development team, defining tasks and managing activity using Jira.
- Working with Bank of Israel and implementing regulatory requirements.
- Characterizing technological solutions and writing technical specifications.
- Accompanying the development life cycle from characterization to deployment and maintenance.
- Managing interfaces with APIC, Mainframe, Digital, infrastructure, and information security teams.
- Monitoring, control, and fault detection using Elastic, handling complex end-to-end faults.
Requirements
- Experience in managing complex systems in a financial organization.
- Experience in leading development teams and task management.
- Experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
Nice to have
- Experience in open banking.
- Familiarity with NetJS.
- Experience with Elastic and Jira.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle.
- Experience working with infrastructure, information security, integration, and digital teams.
